Membership agreement
Terms and Conditions of Membership Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions apply to the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as ¡°services¡±) provided by LAMIWELLBEING Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as the ¡°Mall¡±) operated by LAMIWELLBEING. Its purpose is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the ¡°Mall¡± and users. Article 2 (The Statement, Explanation, and Revision of the Terms and Conditions) ¨ç "Mall" is posted on the initial service screen (front) of the LAMIWELLBEING Cyber Mall so that users can easily know the details of these terms and conditions, name of the representative, location, contact number, business registration number, personal information management, etc. The Terms and Conditions, business name and the name of the representative, business location, contact number, business registration number etc. should be posted on the initial page by the ¡°Mall¡± in order for users¡¯ clear understanding ¨è ¡°Mall¡± may amend these terms and conditions to the extent where there is no violation regarding the Consumer Protection Act, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Electronic Transaction Act, the Electronic Signing Act, the Visit Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act. ¨é In the case where the terms and conditions are amended, it shall be announced on the initialization page of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the previous day of the application date, along with the current terms and conditions. ¨ê Any matter not prescribed in these terms and conditions, along with the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be handled by the government-established guidelines for protection of electronic transactions consumers and relevant laws and regulations. Article 3 (Registration) ¨ç One registers for membership by expressing his/her intention to agree to these terms and conditions after filling in the member information according to the registration form set by ¡°Mall¡±. ¨è ¡°Mall¡± accepts registration unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs 1. Where the applicant has previously lost his/her membership under Article 4 Clause 3 of this Agreement. Exceptions are made when he/she gets approval for rejoining by ¡°Mall¡± after three years after the loss of membership. 2. Where there is a false registration, omission of entry, or omission; 3. Where it is deemed that registration as a member of other members significantly interferes with the operation of "Mall" ¨é The establishment of the membership contract takes place when the approval from the ¡°Mall¡± reaches the member. Article 4 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.) ¨ç The member may request a withdrawal from the ¡°Mall¡± at any time, and the "Mall" shall process withdrawal immediately. ¨è Where a member falls under any of the following reasons, "Mall" may restrict and suspend his/her membership: 1. Where false information has been registered at the time of membership registration 2. Where he/she interferes with other members¡¯ activities or steals information, therefore hindering lawful usage of the site 3. Where he/she acts against this term or any laws and/or regulations with the usage of this site ¨é If, after his/her membership gets restricted or suspended, the grounds are not corrected or the same act is repeated, ¡°Mall¡± can cancel the membership. ¨ê If "Mall" cancels a membership, the membership registration will be expunged. In such cases, the member shall be notified and given an opportunity to explain at least 30 days prior to the cancellation of the membership registration. If ¡°Mall¡± disqualifies the membership, it will be canceled. In such a case, the member will have a grace period of at least 30 days or more for vindication. Article 5 (Notice to Members) ¨ç When ¡°Mall¡± notifies the member, the member can do so at ¡°Mall¡± and the email address specified in advance. ¨è ¡°Mall¡± can replace individual notification by posting on the ¡°Mall¡± bulletin board for more than one week in case of individual notifications to unspecified users. Article 6 (Personal Information Protection) ¨ç¡±Mall¡± collects the minimum information necessary for a subscription when collecting user information. The following items are required, and other items are optional. 1. Name 2. Date of birth 3. User ID (In case of a member) 4. Password (In case of a member) 5. Email address (Or cellular number) ¨è When ¡°Mall¡± collects personal information that can identify an individual, it must obtain consent. ¨é The provided personal information cannot be used for any purpose other than the agreed purpose or provided to a third party without consent. ¡°Mall¡± is solely liable for such cases. The following are the exceptions. 1. In case of providing the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) necessary to delivery companies for necessary deliveries. 2. In case of providing in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical writing, academic research, or market research. 3. In case of the settlement of payments for transactions of goods, etc. 4. In case of proof of identification to prevent theft. 5. In case of an unavoidable reason required by the provisions of law or by law. ¨êIf ¡°Mall¡± need to obtain consent according to Articles 2 and 3, the matters stipulated in Article 22 Clause 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc. must be specified or notified in advance: such as the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name and phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collection and usage of the information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties. The member may withdraw this consent at any time. ¨ë The member may request to view and correct errors in his/her personal information held by ¡°Mall¡± at any time, and ¡°Mall¡± is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a member requests a correction of an error, ¡°Mall¡± does not use the personal information until the error is corrected. ¨ì ¡°Mall¡± limits the number of managers to protect personal information and takes full responsibility for damages to users due to loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of users' personal information, including credit card numbers and bank account information. ¨í ¡°Mall¡± or a third party that has received personal information from it, destroys the personal information without delay in case of achievement of the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information. Article 7 (Duties of ¡°Mall¡±) ¨ç ¡°Mall¡± must have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services. Article 8 (Obligations for User ID and Password) ¨ç Members are responsible for managing ID and password, except in the case of Article 17. ¨è Members should not let a third party use their ID and password. ¨é If a member recognizes that his/her ID and password have been stolen or used by a third party, they must immediately notify ¡°Mall¡± and follow the given instructions, if any. Article 9 (User¡¯s obligations) The user should not conduct the following. 1. Registration of false information in case of registration and change of information. 2. Change of information posted on ¡°Mall¡± 3. Transmission or posting of information (computer program, etc.) other than the information set by ¡°Mall¡± 4. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyright of ¡°Mall¡± and other third parties 5. Acts that damage the reputation of ¡°Mall¡± or other third parties or interfere with business 6. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information contrary to public order and morals. Article 10 (Dispute Resolution) ¨ç ¡°Mall¡± installs and operates a damage compensation processing mechanism to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage. ¨è ¡°Mall¡± handles complaints and opinions submitted by users before others. However, if a prompt is difficult to process, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule. ¨é In case of a user¡¯s request for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute between ¡°Mall¡± and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute mediation agency requested by the Mayor/Do Governor. Article 11 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) ¨ç Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between ¡°Mall¡± and users are filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. ¨è Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between ¡°Mall¡± and users. Supplementary provisions (Effective date): These terms and conditions will be enforced from the first of February 2021.

Personal Information Protection Policy of LAMIWELLBEING LAMIWELLBING Co., Ltd. establishes and observes a personal information protection policy to protect your personal information. "Personal Information Protection Policy of LAMIWELLBEING" may be changed from time to time. Therefore, users should check this from time to time whenever they use the LAMIWELLBEING website. What is Personal Information? Personal information is the information that can be used to identify an individual: such as the name and resident registration number (or the information that may reveal the identity of a person when combined with other information). LAMIWELLBEING collects the minimum information necessary for service provision. Required information - Name - User ID - Password - Email address The personal information collected by LAMIWELLBEING is used only for the purposes specified below. - Membership registration and user ID issuance - Establishment of contract - Personalized service for individual members - Collection of statistics on members¡¯ service usage and reflects them in service policy (Service Reorganization and Expansion) - Product delivery - Fee or payment - Information on new services, new products, or events All information collected at membership registration will not be used for any purposes other than providing the services or the aforementioned purposes. Provision of information to third parties LAMIWELLBEING does not provide personal information to third parties except for the following cases based on laws and regulations. - In cases of special provisions in laws such as the Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality Act, the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act, the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, the Criminal Procedure Act, etc. (According to the regulations, personal information is not provided unconditionally, even if requested by administrative authorities or investigative agencies, and is provided only in writing with a warrant or the official seal of the head of the agency as stipulated in the law.) - In need of the settlement of fees for service provision Withdrawal of consent for membership registration, request for viewing or correction, etc. Members can view and modify personal information at any time through ¡°Edit Personal Information¡±, and the changes are applied immediately after the modification procedure is complete. Members can withdraw their consent to the membership at any time through ¡°Cancellation of Membership¡±. If you apply for cancellation of membership, all information provided will be deleted immediately. Retention period and Period of Use of Collected Personal Information Once the purpose of collection or possession of personal information is achieved as follows, personal information is destroyed. - In the case of membership registration information, when you withdraw from membership or are expelled from membership - In the case of payment information, when the payment is completed or the bond expiration period expires - In the case of delivery information, when the products or services are delivered or provided (However, exceptions are made when there is a need to preserve it in accordance with the regulations of the Commercial Act, etc.) Operation of cookies What is a cookie?
